Cancellation Policy
Practices experience late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments which limit available appointments for our valued patients and wastes the time of our service providers. We value your time and will honor your appointments and times and ask for your commitment in doing the same. Our deposit requirements work in the best interests of both our patients and providers. Our $25 deposit is NOT A PUNISHMENT, it is merely an appointment place holder and commitment that you are making to either attend your appt, OR provide 48 hours if you need to reschedule. You are not charged until you appointment.
Consultations are always complimentary. Should you decide not to book at the time of your consultation, your card will not be charged. If you book a service or purchase a product, your deposit may used towards those items.
We understand that some patients may prefer to pay cash. If you prefer not to leave deposit over our secure website still have options. We can hold a card on file by calling our office that will not be charged unless you ‘no show’ or cancel with less than 48 hours notice. For those that truly do not want to leave a card on file, you may leave a $25 cash deposit on file also.
